Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! Likely as not, I will primarily be working in a gym environment once I have my qualifications in hand. However, a gym is not necessary to start working on your fitness, and I understand that the idea of going into a gym as a beginner can be very daunting! Contact me for alternatives to working out in the gym environment.
This is where you come in. Your results will be determined by your own efforts both in and out of training sessions. As a general rule, it takes most people 4-6 weeks before they start to notice the changes in their body after beginning a new fitness program. Others will start to notice these differences in you between 8-12 weeks. But everyone is different, and it may take longer to see noticeable progress, and that's okay!
Achieving your results is about consistency, and this is down to you! I will keep you on track as much as I can, and together we will achieve your goals safely and effectively, regardless of how long it takes.
